In Japan, Lump-sum Allowance will cover a part of the childbirth expenses.
When you are going to an obstetrics and gynecology hospital qualifying Japan Obstetric Compensation System for Cerebral Palsy, and you will have a baby after 22 weeks or more, you will receive 420,000 yen.
Otherwise, you will receive 404,000 yen.
If your baby is born dead, you can receive the Lump-sum Allowance.
